Holiday for each child

IMG_0872It’s no wonder that children in orphanages often feel different, and very much alone, especially during the holiday season. In some cases, children have memories of happier times with their biological families, before the abuse and neglect began; in other cases, they have never celebrated a holiday or received a gift, and they are simply overwhelmed.

It’s an opportunity to share the love with orphan children, for them to connect with other children and also reassure children that there is a community who cares for and about them.

At each celebration children receive a new holiday gift as part of the festivities.
